The Consulting & Training department of the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management provides high quality training and consultancy services to organisations both within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
 Whether you have accessed our website as an individual interested in personal learning and growth, or as a business leader seeking to enhance the effectiveness of your employees or address specific challenges and opportunities, we are likely to have the resources to assist you.

Our programmes, which you will find within  the Professional Development Programmes section of this website,  are developed around the core needs common to all sectors in the service industries.  More and more we are receiving requests from non-hospitality organizations asking how they can ensure their employees  deliver  5- or even 7-star hospitality customer service standards. We can help you in various ways, including producing customized service standards, training and evaluation measures  for your organisation.

We recongise that every organisation is unique, with its own objectives and HR requirements. We prefer to collaborate with you to understand your culture, current training and development needs, and to incorporate these in a tailor-made programme for you.

We run public professional development workshops as well as tailored programmes for individual clients. All programmes can be delivered at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, or at your location (in the UAE or abroad), if this better suits your needs. Programmes delivered at the Academy can also be residential, as on-campus, studio accommodation is available.

As part of our consulting function, we help clients with all aspects of HR, offering pre-opening HR support, assisting with strategic human resources management and providing organisational development interventions. Our training solutions are also broad and varied, including Executive Development, Team Building, Leadership and Management, Customer Service and functional areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Revenue Management, Room Division, Food and Beverage Operations.
