Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in International Hospitality Management

A four-year programme, optionally including one academic year at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland; and a six month internship that provides students with valuable 'real-life' experience. The course is designed to emphasise the importance of operational management within the context of commercial realism.

Associate of Science Degree in International Hospitality Operations

This Associate degree consists essentially of the first five semesters of the BSc degree in International Hospitality Management. It provides students with operational competencies, which are essential for hoteliers of the future. Graduates from this programme can expect to enter the industry at supervisory or management trainee level, and may return at a later date to complete their studies to honours degree level either at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management or other renowned hotel schools.



Master of Science Degree in International Hospitality Management

This is the first accredited Masters in Hospitality Management in the GCC region. This Masters Degree is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the United Arab Emirates
